  SYSTEMS ENGINEERING MGR.- Central CT. Here's an opportunity for you to make a real impact in a booming, smaller company situation. Their highly engineered, customized, innovative electronic and electromechanical systems are ranked among the best in the nation in their product niche. Reporting to the V.P. of Engineering, you will manage the performance of a group of ten design mechanical and electrical engineers, meet with customers, generate specifications, devise system architectures, prepare proposals, meet with senior management, allocate resources, and support the strategic needs of the engineering department. The target salary on this runs to $100,000, and there should be a 10-20% bonus, as well. Requires a BS in Engineering, eight or more years experience in electronic system development and integration, understanding of electromechanical products, two or more years of engineering management background, and permanent U.S. residency.
