Machine Assembly

MACHINE ASSEMBLERS- NEW HAVEN COUNTY, CT. Looking for an employer which offers rock-solid stability? An employee-oriented manufacturer of large equipment has the largest backlog of work in its history—the next 15 months is already booked. This company’s atmosphere is friendly and casual--in fact, they used to have a dog walking around in the office. There is no company debt. This equipment, sold globally, requires thousands of assembly hours. In addition to large mechanical sections, there is considerable assembly work involving hydraulic systems. It is a non-union environment. Their benefits include company performance bonuses, fine medical and dental benefits, profit sharing plan and more. The salary ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 hourly, with a decent amount of overtime at time & a half. I understand next year they are moving to 60 hour weeks, so including overtime, someone could easily make $75-80K. Requires several years of experience assembling large equipment, ability to read blueprints, and a flexible, "can do" personality. Any background with hydraulic circuits is strongly preferred.

Sorry, all positions require permanent U.S. residency.
