This non-union, employee-oriented, flourishing division of a $1.3 Billion Fortune 1000 corporation manufactures two highly engineered, unique product lines, which have made them the highest billing, shining star division of the corporation. The environment is dynamic, exciting, and the shop is clean. This manufacturer of aerospace products uses all the latest manufacturing techniques, including cellularization, pull production, 5S, set up reduction, statistical process controls, and continuous improvement. The management style is positive and supportive. You will be implementing statistical process controls, using MiniTab software and new gage technology for data collection techniques, running root cause investigations, analyzing data to improve process capability and control, performing design of experiments, and more. Several engineers I have placed here have come to me years later, thanking me for the connection. Salaries range from $65,000 to $80,000, depending on level of experience.
